Who is this program for?

For men who have been told they need medication to lower their blood pressure. But really they want to fix the route cause and live a risk free life.

What results can I expect over the next few months?

You'll reduce high blood pressure, avoid medication, remove all visceral fat covering your organs and learn how to heal yourself permanently 

How can sustain the results after?

we use our metabolic reverse so you don't pile back on the weight post losing it. We set realistic routines so habits slip into your daily/weekly schedule so you can maintain them for the next 20,30 years. A realistic approach is key for this to become a lifestyle.  

How long am I required to work out daily?

We set a routine that is manageable for you to succeed, starting at only 2.5 hours a week for gym time. Most men get so addicted and want to do more.

Will going to a gym be required?

Barbell equipment will be needed. If you have access to that home, you can do it from home; however, a gym would be preferred, we also amend training for when you travel. 

What if I am a beginner in the gym?

Don't worry, the majority of our students are new to this. The workouts are being built personally for you and will be suited for your level. How we teach and create your workouts are so simple, yet so effective that you won't to be lost in what or how to do it.

How are you creating my meals if I have special dietary needs?

We customize all your meals for you, so whatever you can't eat we remove from your plans. Very simple. We make it work even with the fussiest eater

What if or I eat out a lot for work?

70% of our students travel and entertain sometimes for work… Our 80/20 nutrition system  does not require any macro or calories counting, it doesn't require you to eat a specific thing. We teach you how to eat, so you never ever have to diet again!

Do I need to starve myself to lose weight?

Absolutely not. That's the direct road to disaster when it comes to weight loss. We instead feed your body and your metabolism with the right foods and at the right times to optimize your fat loss

I have tried programs before but they didn't work for a long time?

Having coached for 18 years the biggest failure with men is if they feel what they're doing is not realistic. We set this up so it's maintainable, fits into your lifestyle and you can see this having a longterm affect for you and your family as a permanent lifestyle.

How am I getting support doing the program?

Our accountability system is what separates us from others. You'll have mine and my teams private numbers, a call every weekend and our TSA System is bullet proof so you stay on track.
